"Grammar nazi's" gave me an idea, does anyone wan't to join "Anti-Flamming Nazi's" as a group, we pick out flammers, explain to them why not to flame, and report the thread/post.
This will be a group of MATURE people, who can handle flammers properly, not by fueling the fire and flame at them for flamming (happens alot).
You need to respect people even if they're flamming, explain to them the consequences for flamming, and why not to flame, I think this would definitely help cut down the mass of flamming around NGU, new members will see our explanations of flamming around the forum, and learn not to flame.
