agreed i don't like what they did either i hate what they did but i think it was all Hitlers doings and none of there doings he made them so i don't let it take my life down cause i got a German friend and if i thought like that we wouldn't be best friends anymore and hes a great friend their not all mean just gotta learn to get along with them.

Ok, without turning this into an argument there's so much wrong with what you just said. Yes ok what they did was unexplainably disgusting. However it wasnt JUST hitler, other people agreed with him. I assume you know that if the nazis didnt do what they were told, as in they refused to kill anyone they themselves would be killed? Well i know for a fact id rather die than kill anyone else, so everyone was partly to blame. By my saying this i dont blame any Germans now, because they had no part in it. I blame those involved. Besides all of that, it wasnt my point. My point was that so many people on this site joke about the nazis which to me is totally disrespectful to all those killed and imo is kinda offensive. It is a taboo and should be left as such.

Oh and for the record, im not jewish, black or homosexual. (nor do i fit into any other of the groups discriminated against).

Oh and a taboo is something which people know is there, but usually as a society we ignore it and dont like to talk about it. e.g. Holocaust, death etc.
