The only thing I can think of is this one blue cream thing that my mom has for sunburns. Besides that, nope. I don't get sunburnt to be honest. I work in 90•F weather, which isn't super hot for California but, I'm fine when I get home.

Cold bath
Some cream you can use to help but the damage is done.
