Lockerz Scam You are probably here at Lockerz Scam of these reasons:
1. You received a Lockerz invite, which is a site that promises free items for nothing.
2. You see people wearing the shirts, and want to know if it's legit.
3. You were unable to redeem anything in the past 4 restocks.
4. You asked yourself, "Does Lockerz Work?" or "Is Lockerz Legit?"
If not, you're probably wondering what Lockerz is, and why it's a scam.

Lockerz Hired and Paid for "Proof" Pics
I guess Lockerz's time is coming up. This site has found out that Lockerz has hired Fanscape to virally market the site, and post FAKE proofs all over the internet.
Lockerz has been officially been proven as a scam.

Redmarx's Discovery
I went to my local library today and I tried to log in on Lockerz. It said, "The Site: LOCKERZ™ - is a Pay-To-Surf website. Then I was like, "WTF?". So I biked on home and searched it. This is a part of the description on Wikipedia:
A pay-to-surf company would provide a small program, commonly called a "viewbar", to be installed on a member's computer. Advertisers' banner ads were then displayed while the member was browsing the web. Since the viewbar tracked websites that the user visited, the pay-to-surf company was able to deliver targeted ads for their advertisers. Advertisers paid the pay-to-surf company a small amount (typically US$0.50) for every hour of a member's surfing.
Members were usually limited on the amount of time per month for which they would be paid to surf (typically 20 hours). However, pay-to-surf companies also paid their members for each new user referred to the company (typically US$0.05 - US$0.10 per recruit). Thus, it was profitable for a member to garner as many referrals as possible, encouraging some users to recruit members using spam, though officially forbidden by the user's agreement.

What is Lockerz
"Be a lover not a fighter. Wear by itself or layer to make a wow statement. Easily adjusts to create a perfect fit." [

What's that supposed to mean? Obviously, the web-team doesn't do too good of a job on maintaining the integrity of the site, that must be something added in as a joke by a hacker, or part of the team. If the page is to change, as I believe it will, this is a screenshot of it:
Since this obviously doesn't tell you much about the site, let's see the FAQ, which is long, so I'll just place excerpts:

"What is Lockerz: Lockerz is an invitation-only website created to connect members through commerce, content and community. Watch exclusive video, discover new music, play games, connect with friends, and get rewarded for it. The more often you visit, the more opportunities you have to earn PTZ (or “Pointz”

, Lockerz’ own form of currency. Lockerz was founded in March, 2009." [

Now that you know what Lockerz is all about, let's look at the scam part of the whole equation.
Before we go over anything, I'd like you to see the before and after pictures that prove this is a scam:
Scamalicious. How can you redeem something if it's freshout!!!! This oddity occurs with every item, and the only items that are redeemable are Computer Wallpapers. Which no one signed up to the site for. The site was too good to be true, but people were lured into the trap of clever wording, an easy process, and promises of very expensive items for doing menial tasks.
(Please remember this was during the September Restock, I will be doing an update during the November Restock, to see if this site really is a scam or not!)

Restock Prize Proof
Wow. If this isn't proof enough of a scam, I'm not sure what is. Keep reading for more proof.

Wall Street Riches
I spoke over the phone with one of my friends who works in Wall Street. I told him about the site, and what it does, you know, just talk. And he started to get interested, and he told me he think that they want to go public, and go on the Stock Market. The members are a commodity, the more there are, the more tasty the stock will be for investors. Everyone will continue to go to the site because of the "next restock" so the members are very active. It's all starting to piece together now.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ridiculous Policy
"9. How many accounts can I have? Members are entitled to one account per person. Each person within a household can have their own account." [

Yet again, have you ever seen a rewards site allow this? It's way too easy to make 5 accounts and say it's for you, your mom, dad, sister, and brother. Almost all people I know that I got into the program have created multiple alternate accounts to get Z-List and to get more PTZ, and they haven't gotten punished. The team is too trusting, and promises way too much.
Big promises. Reminds me of Obama.
Kidding.
Anyways, I have seen so many programs like this that promise huge rewards, ROIs (Return on Investments), and more, and I'll list just a small sample:
perfectptr.com
1-800-mail.com
100cents-1000dollars.com
2-dollar-mail.com
That's probably only .0001% of all the scam sites on the internet. A quick search on Google shows this.
Now what do these sites and Lockerz have in common? High priced items/cash for menial tasks that are TOO easy to do.

Let's Get Into The Numbers
If pictures are worth a thousand words, then numbers are worth a thousand explanations. Let's think hypothetically here: Lockerz has about 4 MILLION members, now let's assume, and round down, that about 5% of these members have enough PTZ to redeem a PSP during the restock, which is 200 PTZ. 5% of 4 million is 200k. A quick check on Wal-Mart yields a price of about $179.99 for a single one; of course, if you get bulk or wholesale, you don't pay that much; let's be fair and say the discount on bulk orders is 30% (but it could be even more, we don't know, remember, hypothetical thinking here) which amounts to $126 PER UNIT. The site never stated they would give enough items for everyone to redeem in the restocks, but they shower the restocks with hype and forewarning, to make it look like a big event... How do we know it's not just 1 or 2 items and then it's "FRESH OUT", because otherwise, they'd be paying a huge amount of money, and I mean HUGE.
Let's recoup: $126 per unit, and 200k members able to redeem the prizes. This amounts to about 25 million dollars. Do you really think that by answering stupid questions, some big CEO would give you that much money? If you do, then think again.

Lockerz Full Site Coming?
... or not?
It's been at least 2 or 3 weeks since that fiasco with the October Restock which caused me to create this site. Has there been a single word yet about the release date of the full site, in which you can watch videos and play games for PTZ?
No?
I thought as much.
The team is going to keep pushing the release date back so that we can keep on hoping and praying for the new site to come up, to get more ways to make PTZ, and it won't come.
What can be so hard in making a site? I made this entire site in a matter of a couple hours, what's stopping the "Lockerz Team" from releasing the new sites and giving us new ways to make PTZ to redeem the non-existent prizes?
"4. Why is Lockerz giving away prizes at low levels on PTZ Place? We set PTZ very low to thank our earliest members for helping us build the site. Beginning December 1, PTZ values will increase by 4x on average although there will be many more ways to earn PTZ than ever before. Even with the PTZ increase, prizes will still be very attainable for the active Lockerz member." [

So December 1st, huh? They said less than a month during the restock, now they're extending it to 2 more weeks. Fishy.

Our Mission
We fell into the trap of the Lockerz Scam, as 4 million others have. We want to dethrone the King of Scams, because people are wasting their time, as I lost my entire day trying to redeem during the October Restock, and we are making them rich. Many became frustrated, and vented on the LOCKERZ Facebook Page:

Reactions
These following quotations will show you people's reactions to the site, and the scam. Most of these are after the September Restock which was a disaster.
"Lockerz sucks."
"In my opinion Lockerz never actually did restock, and by the way they used the same screenshot for the warehouse back earlier in their update, I'm not that blind or stupid enough to not see that."
"Lockerz, I am a Z-list member and this has happened to me at every single restock... I go on and I never get to be able to choose madden 10, I click on it and it says fresh out.. I'm starting to question if Z-List members get any benefit towards prize redemption.. so basically I got nothing, and it is not fair at all for people who get things both days while I get nothing."
"I am a member of lockerz and I have 511 pointz. I was on at all redemption's and I did not get 1 prize. Prizes were gone within 3 seconds and it is unfair. The site is broken as hell, it kept saying things were in stock and then when you clicked they were not.
I know dozens of other people who use Lockerz and NONE OF THEM GOT ANYTHING EITHER!!!!
I am convinced that all the "proof" on the web is just pictures put out by the Lockerz employees and is all fake."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now What?
So Lockerz is a scam. It was fun and a ride while it lasted, but once we got to restock, we all learned the truth. You're probably feeling down now, maybe nothing in life is free?
WRONG!
There is a legitimate program out there, which gives you points for playing games, doing offers, and more, and you can redeem ANY prize from Amazon! There's no restock, no lines, no waiting, no server downtime, nothing. If you have the points, you can redeem.
