The administration team is usually compiled of the most skilled or most helpful members in the community. Most of the time, you start out at the bottom of the totem pole ( in our case, Sectional Moderator ), then you work your ranks up by contributing more and more in your designated section. This will earn you a promotion to a moderator which are a group of people who moderate 3 forums. It goes on and on, and eventually when there is a need for the Administration position, someone from the Content Management usergroup should be chosen as the next administrator.
Of course this is just assuming that you're joking around and you've actually never reached the rank of Administrator. If this isn't a joke and you're completely serious, then the above information applies.
