(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); What's Up NGU... I have been thinking lately about getting/making a new computer/gaming setup desk. So, after doing some research on the interwebs, I have came across a good idea. The easy, and efficient way of making the desk the size, and shape I want, is to use a solidwood door slab. They usually run anywhere from $30-$60. Considering its a door, I could use the "handle hole" as a place to feed the cords. But my question is, what kind of legs should I go with? My grandpa (The person who is helping me in this whole establishment) recommended to use PVC pipes. Using PVC pipes, I can run the cords and cables through the pipes and be completely wire free. But he also said I can use a sawhorse type bench.

I am kind of thinking about just going with the PVC pipes and choosing a different color. But, what do you guys think looks better?

I like the idea of just taking your laptop to a comfy couch.

Yeah, that would be nice.. But my laptop is old and gets hotter than a fat kid in the summer time. But, this is really for my TV, consoles, and my desktop.
