You got it wrong... there is an infinite amount of Galaxies out there since the universe is expanding even to this day, and will be so for pretty much billions and billions of years. As for UFOs, I am absolutely sure that there is life all over the universe, I mean... how could there not be! a huge percentage of the planets within out galaxy is capable of sustaining life, let alone this infinity of other galaxies.
