I double, triple, and quadruple checked my post. Needless to say it was thorough enough that I didn't see where I used the word hacker. I'm simply stating that you're a cheater solely off the fact that you probably go into pubs and use things like aimbot which ruins the experience of the game, which in essence ruins the entirety of the game. If stating is considered "bitchy," then well I suppose I am being bitchy.
Protip: Stop trying to act hard, it's a forum. Essentially you just showed how daft you are.

Can't tell if this is a serious thread... but Hacking is nowhere near modding. I've tried to explain millions of times but they are to dumb to remember. Llike What Rath said is very on point. Most "modders" are leechers using someone's mods and using them for their gain. Most use them for stats in which I would call a cheater. Modding is modifying a file,hacking is gaining access to hidden/locked areas. ( Don't say game files 
) in my mind,You're not considered a modder til you have made your own mods. If you haven't you're somewhere between modder and cheater. Rath is right about it,its cheating but it also on how you use your mods. With mods comes great responsible and risk. =3

I made most of my mods i find my own Offsets & make my own tools i barley use other menus unless i need to record them. So what your saying is not true at all. I my self never said we are hacking i was stating we get called hackers all the time on any game on PSN
But its annoying how most of them don't know the meanings anymore, So thats why this thread is here. Not to hear of ***s talking about modders or coders, NGU is mostly modding or coding not for people to talk shit but if thats what you all do then go for it. You guys make this community fucking shit always complaining about your game i pay for the game i always support buying it but if i want to ruin the game i can who can stop me? No one as well but i don't i play Private most of them time and help out others but keep talking i might livestream me ruining every game mode on all COD's. <3
