(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Blizzard Entertainment has been hard at work crafting great games for players for years, however the company has many canceled projects. Project Titan is now one of them, unknown game with an unknown story has been classed as vapor ware for some time.
Blizzard follows up to world of warcraft some claim was project Titan but the company did not even disclose it was even that. The company has ended a long run of rumors saying the project has been canceled 'due to not being fun'
Reports that company had started work on a follow up to world of warcraft about 7 years ago or even 9 years ago. Even rumors the company had restarted the project a couple dozen times trying to find the right elements.

One thing is for sure Activision is pushing Blizzard to find another hit to add to the company Heros of the storm a DOTA 2 style game for more casual players is coming soon. Hearthstone has hit 20 million players an idea off the back of a bit of paper. World of warcraft is passed the highest point now on the road to long term decline. It is however still a major source of income for the company bringing in the same amount of income as Call of duty does per year.
Only gaming company which can beat it in the revenue game is Nintendo.
Investors are looking a little worried at both companies, but still betting the long term is good enough to invest.

Most companies in gaming end up scrapping projects which is why it's so high risk.
Curious and how many times the project was restarted.
