I do like either I curse out loud of punch the shit out of a wall with my right hand witch I did SO MANY TIMES and when I play bloody knuckles it's like one hit and BOOM I lost lol

So when your full of ANGER what do you most likely do ???

LMAO you take it like a man and go into a shower and cry but like if I was gunna cry and if I wa to get so mad it's like tears would be coming out becuase of anger

I don't get angry over video games cos i have a life xD.
But when I am angry over real life events I just sit listening to music and chill and forget about it.

I usually take it out on one of my two brothers..
I ususally get my ass beat down by the older one tho

So yeah, just scream, run down the road, or get my ass handed to me

my anger calmed by throwing stuff, breeaking stuff and punching my wall. Stress balls do NOTHING

Nothing I keep it pent upo til someone really pisses me off then I unleash all the anger on them.
