Because you shouldn't ask stupid questions like this or let anything we say to you, actually get to you. This is the internet and you need to remember that. If youre going to interact with members of any website you need to have thick skin. While this is quite literally one of the farthest things from the real world, it is also one of the closest. You need to stop worrying so much about the specific words that they say to you and just try to remember the message of what people are telling you. If someone blows up at you for asking a question and calls you a fucking retard and to just look it up, forget about the fact that they called you a fucking retard and just do your own research. Theres almost always a reason people act the way they do. If someone says something ignorant and without reasoning or purpose than I would request that you ignore what they said and wait for someone elses reply or seek further help, but the problem will only worsen if you don't try other methods of resolution before complaining or spamming the forums. People react the way they do to certain questions because the members such as myself that have been around for a while have heard the same questions OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again and believe me, its annoying, frustrating, and redundant, which causes our patience to run thin.

You shouldn't be afraid to say stuff about staff. They're really not all that sensitive and if they're good staff members they will be willing to accept and consider constructive criticism.
