Hmm...that is a good question for discussion. Maybe have more themes? Like for holidays and such -- Christmas, New Years, etc. Or just have user-submitted themes, I dunno, like Anonymous? Allow us to submit new smilies? I get bored of the ones we have now Change Tusty to sec mod and Revvy to Sec Mod Asst? Jk. Maybe a bar at the top of the site with latest important updates or information, like many sites do. Maybe replace the words in the menu with icons. Let Zombie have a pedobear/nyan cat user title. There is something that ps3gameroom did, which is make people thank your thread in order to see links. But that's just rep whoring. Another thing ps3gameroom did was to flash an important announcement on a person's screen before they can continue on the site. I think that would be really good for newbies. Once registered, they would have to read the rules and then the checkbox would become active, and once they hit the checkbox, they can proceed. It would help since, what, only about 10-15% of people read the rules? To go with that, why not put alongside the rules a set of common links on the forum that new people can check out, like General Discussion, Shoutbox, PS3 Forums, Call of Duty Classics, etc.

Turn it to a hacking forum, where there's actual hacking going on - not modding and leeching.
