For example my class did a mock exam and to prove that he was treating me unfairly my friend copied all my multiple choice questions exactly and when our tests were marked I got a c and he got an a. My friend copied all of it but somehow I got 20 marks less. My head of year said he'd look into it but it's gonna be too late for him to actually make a difference for my report which determines whether or not I can continue my subject and I really want to continue it. I was wondering whether there is any way to access my grades or something because this **** is gonna end up f***ing my career path over.

Sure...if you had the teacher's login information, you could. But report to someone higher/more active, and get your teacher fired, if possible.

You're access another person's computer and information without permission, through software unbeknownst to them, that can easily pick up crucial and personal information. No, that's not illegal.

Realised how stupid the question was and changed it

Alright this is what me and my classmates did, we pretended to use out phone near the teacher while she/he enters the password but we were actually recording it, later we just replayed the video in slow motion and got the password, we removed all the absent and bad details about us.

If you do this you will fuck up your career path if you get found out, it's better to complain to the school / head of year etc. and chase it up. Go back and ask about it, if that fails get your parents involved too. Another alternative now is to actually get social media involved, if you and your friend did have exactly the same answers and got different grades then post pictures of the test on FB and complain making the public aware, social media eats injustice shit up.
