Has anyone ever had their stomach pumped? I was out drinking at a local club with a couple buddys n blacked out and awoke in the hospital with a tube proceeding from my mouth to my stomach...had the biggest stomach ache ever, pretty sure i was drugged... (clubbing)

What exactly do they do when they pump your stomach?

They literally 'pump your stomach'.
They put a tube into your stomach & remove the contents.

I fully understand it can be very painful in the throat, stomach, chest, etc. Is there any advanced stomach pumping methods without pain?

I very much doubt it.
Sucking your insides out usually come at a pretty hefty cost, pain wise...

It can actually be very good for you too! If you got one every 5-10 years you would be alot healthier i bet or your gut would at least.
