I'm bound to get groaned for this, and I'm not usually one to support conspiracy theories, but what I have to ask is a valid question, just about. xD
If Sony really was hacked & had all this private data 'stolen' from them, over the period of 5 months, how did they not notice something was going on?
Pulling terabytes of data isn't going to be invisible, sure you can be as stealthy as possible by downloading the data slowly & keeping an eye on what's going on, but surely a company like Sony would have people watching all activity on their servers no matter how insignificant of activity it may be, seeing as they're a high profile business & would be a dream target for hackers.
That's what makes me think there's a lot more to this than they're letting on. Perhaps somebody inside the company is behind this? You'd think if it was somebody low down in the chain, they'd call him on it. That makes me think that
if it's somebody inside Sony, it's probably somebody high up.. Maybe Kim Jong Un wearing a fake mustache?
However, if Sony were hacked, and slowly had data stolen from them over the period of five months, this picture very much describes how I imagine Sony's security works...
