Did Kim Dotcom just buy people a happy christmas day in Xbox Live and PSN? It seems that way.

Xbox Live And PSN have been under DDoS attack by Lizard Squad for almost 2 days and Microsoft and Sony were doing their best to fix this issue.

In the other hand Lizard Squad was asking for some stuff to stop the attacks, and it wasn’t money!

Everyone follow @Stretcher right now or xbox will stay offline all night, FAV THIS!

Of course people didn’t like this offer so they responded with some harsh tweets:

Until this afternoon Kim Dotcom, the cofounder of Mega, started negotiating with Lizard Squad and it worked!

Xbox Live and PSN servers are starting to work again but the question is that if attackers wanted money, why didn’t they ask Microsoft and Sony in the first place?

Yeah, great idea! Maybe next time they'll blackmail Sony into giving them hundreds of PSN cards.
