Post: Netflix to ban VPN Users

Read this and thought it was very interesting.
I am aware that many users on NGU use Netflix, myself included. I pay for the service but I know a lot of people have gotten free accounts from this website. Well today, Slasher posted an article conforming that Netflix will be shutting out members who use a VPN or custom DNS settings to bypass the website's regional lock.
I am a member of Netflix from the UK who uses a VPN (Virtual Private Network) in order to gain access to the USA's version of the application. And I am really disappointed by the claims that Netflix will now be instantly banning members who use VPN's and so on.
According to Netflix they have not changed their policies on VPN's but according to multiple VPN services have noted a severe increase in their members who cannot access Netflix, or have many issues while using Netflix.
Anyways, what do you guys as a community think about this?

Well no, they would stop paying for it because they would be banned from it. As in all payments would stop anyways.

I have to agree with Laimothy, many of my friends would definitely pirate if Netflix started banning VPN users. It's not the fact that they would be banned that would change they're mind but the attitude that Netflix would be showing to their customers.

Well technically they aren't changing anything. You were never allowed to view specific region code shows. That's really how it's always been. Hell Blu rays are locked by region. This is still a thing. Can't blame them, you blame the people who are wanting them to enforce those lockouts.
