Sorry bro, or miss, but there is no way in hell I can say I think its alright...It's a choice, you choose to like boys, don't give me the crap that people are born this way.
People unfortunately live and function by what they see, as more and more people come out of the "closet" it's easy for people to see being different is cool and trendy, or fall to that life style when putting there backs against the wall, or a cry out for help that is never heard.
It's your choice to look at it normally, it's my choice to think its disgusting when making it a public showing.
Why do I have to explain to my kids that 2 guys making out on a park bench with there balls hanging out past there shorts is a normal thing in todays life.
It's abnormal in any world.
If your gay, thats fine, I don't have a problem if thats your preference, just keep it private if you don't like the normal reaction to a abnormal situation.
It's genetic, it's not a choice. In the same frame of mind, it's as genetic as taste buds or skin imperfections - different people have different tendencies, although it develops through nurture as well as nature. It's no different than heterosexuality other than the poor justification of it's taboo status. People don't choose their sexual congress on a trend, it's about psychological attraction. You have as much chance of changing someone's sexuality as you do of changing how much they like salt - which is to say you can if you think their psychological health and time is overrated.
As far as voyeurism goes, I'm certain you wouldn't feel comfortable explaining why a guy with his dickhead hanging out of his shorts is kissing a girl either. Your description of homosexuality is, to borrow a golf term I don't fully understand, pretty par from the course.
You still didn't explain why it's abnormal, if you can explain it. By the "normal reaction" you mean the institutionalized reaction by religion? Because thousands of years ago, marriage was a tool to secure land rights and property by child inheritance, these laws about land rights, inheritance and property ended up grounding many beliefs that are held about marriage today. But with free market capitalism running the show, what is your institution of marriage? What value does marriage now have when land rights can be filed through a lawyer, children can be adopted, workers are employed and civilization is marketed? The "normal reaction," as you put it, is unrepresentative of marriage or biology.
