He's being a hypocrite then because he said he doesn't support website filtering but at the same time, it's illegal to click a link to a hacking source? It's also a violation a few of our constitutional rights. The best he can do is make botnets illegal which it already is, so he can just enforce it more strongly.

FYI - PS3 Modding has NOTHING to do with hacking. Same with DDoSing. But methods on botnets, reverse engineering, exploits, rats and such are considered hacking.
