you're talking shit, I've had my ps3 cfw ps3 for over 6 months i still haven't been banned. If you know what you're doing you will not get banned

Go with something new, as said before CFW modding is dying and will be completely dead very soon.

PS4 or PC... PC is great as you can mod as well as have great gameplay. If you're just looking gameplay then go with PS4
