(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I called them up because I had an unknown charge of $120. I told them all the details they asked for and they said I couldn't find the transactions. When I login it's clearly there. They wouldn't give my money back!

Yea I was planning on doing that but it's just stupid how they can't find a transaction. Kinda pissed me off

probably switching banks after that as well.

probably switching banks after that as well.

Good news. CSR's for most banks suck. It's almost always best to go to the local branch if you are able to to get stuff like this cleared up.

Never really had this problem till now. Usually they always get it cleared up. When I called them this time though. Sounded like some black girl working from their house :/ I heard the fucking tv!

I actually had that happen when calling Archos. You could hear like a bunch of other phone calls taking place. It was rather annoying.
