You break the rules, you face the consequences. Any and all of us who have a jailbreak are liable to be banned, no matter how safe we are. If you're on an OFW, then I'm sorry for your loss. But if you're on JB, why would you ever buy dlcs, when you can get them free? Can you be more specific -- I'll be sympathetic if you're OFW got banned, but if it's your jb that got banned...it was inevitable.

I agree you can do whatever you want with your Ps3, but if you want to use the Network in which sony provides and agree to their terms then they are allowed to do what they want because you agreed to it. If you want to play the ps3 offline you can be my guest and do so but if you want to mod your system for whatever reason and play online then you are subject to the ban hammer.

You agreed to their Terms of Service and they have every right to ban you.
