(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Right so let me cut to the chase: I want to gain weight.

I am 17 years old, I currently weigh around 8st9lb/8st11lb (it fluctuates a lot) and I am 5ft10.

Now, I want to put on weight but honestly nothing works. I am intolerant to fish (shellfish, fresh water fish, salt water fish or whatever... Everything fish basically) and also intolerant to Cane Sugar. Which is where my first problem arises.

I am addicted to sugar. My pancreas isn't taking enough sugar in, I don't know why but the Doctor basically said that the sugar levels rise and drop too quickly for the pancreas to even notice the rise in sugar. So I get tired. My tiredness leads to a insane lack of motivation.

As for my weight, I went roughly 2 months of eating nothing but Steaks, Potatoes, Cous Cous, Avocados... You know, all the healthy protein stuff. My weight goes up a fraction, then I go to sleep and the next morning I've either lost all that I put on OR I have lost even more than I put on. I don't know why and I don't know how I can stop (or slow down) this process.

I want to gain weight not only to eventually look good by doing calisthenics - but I want to but an end to my anxiety. I hate my body BECAUSE I know everyone else hates it. I am skinny, I don't feel 'sexy', and my girl says she doesn't mind it but like... She's a girl. Every girl wants a hunky guy.

So please, NGU, give me some advice. (And if you don't have any advice but are in (or have outlived) a similar situation) please feel more than welcome to share it.

Thank you all.

Bro if you want to gain weight there's plenty of mass gainers out there forget about sugar intake as long as you're on a caloric surplus you'll gain weight no matter what I suggest meal replacements such as True mass one serving has 44g of protein not to mention 80+g of carbs which will give you energy from plenty of sources and more importantly it has 700+ calories in a serving all in one shake that's your best bet I take it quite a lot since some days I just have no appetite so I can gulp it down pretty quick and easy
