I play offline all the time, alot of games 2 play out there, also a bunch of childhood games 2 play :p while waiting

Whoope-di-doo. You can still play offline. Go download some games and play single player. Play some Portal 2, or Arkham, or Ultimate Ninja -- God of War, F.E.A.R, Dead Space, Bioshock, The Last of Us...the choices are limitless. Boohoo about not having online. I've been playing Arkham City. Planning to finish all the side missions, and try to get as many riddler trophies as possible, and then do the two dlcs, then move on to finishing [PROTOTYPE]. Not like there's too many 'online-only' games to make it a concern enough to complain. If I miss BO2, I go on local play. :p
