100 posts is not much. Simply reply to a lot of question threads, post here in General Discussion. There's tons of ways to increase your post count, but spamming is a no-go. Good luck.

Well, I wouldn't call his post stupid.. he was asking a question. But in the future, of course he'll learn more about the forums and his posts will gradually be more High Quality. That's how most users start.
