It can damage your testicles, I was kicked in the 2nd grade (YEARS ago) and my left testicle still has not grown of size since then but my right one has. Doctors say my left testicle is dead due to blunt force trauma.

Now I am not sure about penis size/growth and if that can be affected.

It could depending on the damages that was caused.

I played football all my life, no protection while practice got hit like a million times, i even pissed blood after a couple of hits. i did hurt my testicles really bad once on a bike crash.

Depending on the force, you can in fact bust a nut. It's probably the most disgusting thing I've seen/witnessed in my life. I need not to explain it, as you should already get the picture.
