Study effectively. Use the pomodoro technique, I heard it helps out a lot. Other than that I can't give you any real advice, I personally don't take notes or study because I have a different learning style that most people.

When you learn, you suppose to remember by heart about what the whole idea of a lesson was about.

be slow, literally every question has a set word which if you read fast or try to get through it quick you will probably miss and this word will be a key part in the answer, thats all i can say cause thats the only problem i ever had
