Odd discussion....but hey wth.. I am a Fully Cooked kinda guy. don't like my meat pink/bloody , but not dry either. just right is where its best in my opinion..

I like my beef raw, along with my fish. Only meats I won't consume raw for obvious reasons include chicken and pork. I've accidentally consumed raw chicken before, nothing happened but it's still too risky for raw consumption.

I always like my stuff well done i use to like rare and bloody but now i think it is disgusting.
