If you run they can follow you its called reasonable suspicion. You really have no reason to run from the police in broad daylight. Its not like they are out to arrest you. And back to running away if they pursue you and you run into your house they don't need a search warrant to enter. Basically these cops are in trouble becuase all the idiots in Baltimore. Theres nothing racially motivated because this never happens when a black police officer arrests a white or asian individual or a Asian arrests a white or Hispanic.

3. thats my point how tf the citizen in baltimore going get qualified if the government dont care enough to help invest in schools,programs and etc come on now everybody not a genius.they putting more money into prisons then anything and i can tell you no nothing about whats going on becuase its more then just freddie gray, that just set it offf .people in my city been stressed out,been cheated and lied to by our government and you see the outcome that sh** aint going, we won, we got justice after the broken glass and burning buildings it worked.now we going keep it moving til the rest of the problems get handle .
