I know from experience that looking for places that accept PayPal is hard enough but, the places that accept PayPal require you to have either a [Debit/Credit Card] on the account. But after countless hours of looking and searching the internet, i finally found a site they'll let you order food with your PayPal with no card needed! And to find out that site, you'll need to add me on Skype and pay a 5$ fee...
