Try talking to a girl you like and get to know her, that kind of stuff. When the time comes to ask her out, see if she wants to go to the movies or something. When I first asked my girlfriend out, I wanted to see if she wanted to go to this zeppelin cover band at our island and we had a blast, so whatever you think would be good.

getting a girlfriend in high school might not end up with a good ending unless you guys figure a way on how to see each other after high school(college, etc.)

Okay I'll help you buddy. Your first girlfriend in hs will probably only be for like 3 weeks. If you really want to do what you said and just say you wanna go out with me, have your friend tell her friend you like her and then her friend will tell the girl and then when you walk up to her at lunch all the people will giggle but just pop the question then. Or you do it the manly way and just say it. After the first one it gets a lot easier. All you'll probably do with ur 1st one is maybe a movie but chill at lunch and parties. Good luck!

Yea I kinda need help with this, too. I have about 5 or 6 girls that want to date me, but I don't like them at all. There are 3 girls I do wish to date. One I know used to like me and we talk in the hall on occasion. Then another one I am really good friends with (I'm taking her to a football game in Tennessee in a few weeks) she always seems to want to talk to me at lunch. Then the last one is probably my most preferred choice, but I don't know if she would want to date me she seems to like me, but there just isn't really anything there going on IMO.

That's exactly what I did, minus the engaged part, and I'm in highschool.
