So far ive seen the beta test builds of windows 10 but now that it's full swing with the release... i want to know other peoples opinion on the Windows 10.

For me i run the command prompt for data viewing and programing and ive notice a very dynamic change through out the os... Microsoft have done some studying on design and minor features for better experience but mainly design was important to them. Microsoft has gone with a flat material design, which looks good in my opinion.

I never use my desktop computer (which runs windows) so I thought I'd upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Its downloading as we speak, so I'll update this post once its all done.

so i skipped 8 completely.

I really like windows 10. They have put hard work into it, it looks better, easier to use from windows 8 and it feels a lot smoother. Coming from windows 8 it feels faster.

I'm still waiting if it's an improvement from Windows 7.

Fast as in boot time? Load times? Orrrrr?

To be honest I don't think everyone hates on Windows 8.1 because it's the norm. They messed around with the traditional desktop layout too much, which is what made the modern computer so popular in the first place. Also it was too tablet orientated, Microsoft wanted to kill two birds with one stone so they designed and OS that would work for both tablet and traditional laptops. In the end it ended up being horrible to use for desktops, the little gestures were fine for tablets but when using a mouse they felt horrible. It's much simpler to point and click for everything, I mean, that's something that's really stood the test of time as regards OS.

Here come kids talking about the desktop, not knowing anything about computers and OS

Kids try linux mint or Ubuntu

Better then shitty ass windows.
Linux will get your bricked heads working a little.
Or continue using OS which is Limited and sells your information.
