However now, I want one for my legit business, freelancing, blogging and a number of other websites and projects. Do they log IP's of permanently limited accounts? My brother wants to set one up in his name but I'm not sure if he'll be limited because of the same address & IP.

Any suggestions? Even the most legit business people get fucked over by PayPal. It's unfair really.

What other company do you use? I make a lot of money a week so I need something. I mod both PS3 and Xbox so its a big issue. If you can let me know that would be great!
