personally, ive only ever been charged twice, once for drinking in public (pretty much a slap on the wrist and let go), second time for being a drunken dickhead and pushing a guy through a glass wall

I've never been arrested or charged with anything, but I have seen the fuck all it is to charge someone and do reports after you take someone to booking.

sadly yes, got caught on new years eve 2014 in a car accident but was on the run for 1 year, got 3 months of jail time
