A Brilliant read, made some great meals that the whole family enjoyed. The book goes into much detail of obtaining all ingredients used, making it easy; for new people like me, to get into cooking. I would have to say most meals get a consistant 8.4/10 with my family enjoying the taste texture and smell of all meals made. I would highly recommend this book to others looking to get into cooking or just want a great read in general.

- a first time family cook.

Art of war is a good book too.

I wasn't meaning for a serious thread but on that note I'm reading at the moment:
The Meaning of It All by Kelly Johnson (inventor/lead designer of the P 38 and Sr 71 planes) which is fascinating talking about the inception of Lockeed Martin and how it grew infinitely

The Making of The Atomic Bomb by Richard Rhodes

The The Theoretical Minimum (both classical and theoretical physics versions [too lazy to link them]

Since they are both very real and aren't fiction I don't feel bad reading 4 books at once taking months on months to finish them.

Non fiction I am reading You must login or register to view this content. and I really need to light a fire under my ass and finish it soon, Ive been reading it on and off for about a year haha

I can't do fiction that isn't sci fi though.
Accelerando is an amazing book, I had a friend who was writing a sci fi book and I ended up accidentally pointing out almost every plot point was involved in that book, it really was ahead of it's time and you can get a free PDF version legally since he released it under a creative commons license!

***** Never buy used!
I learned this lesson the hard way - my used copy arrived all tattered and torn and many of the pages were stuck together. My grandma still loved the gift, but she complains that some of the recipes are too salty for her.

I cannot express in words how erotic it makes me. I've heard from friends and family that it has made me more dominant in bed. Although it's fictional in a sense, I knew I could extrapolate something from the book. I'd also recommend Fifty Shades of Grey. I've been a lifelong supporter of BDSM so when I saw that someone wrote a book about it I knew people would be able to understand what makes BDSM so fun. I'd definitely recommend BDSM with a touch of male on male mounting for a night full of fun. :wato:
