Don't take this the wrong way, but a lot of people in the beginning of the microphone phase spoke highly of the Yeti. But for what you get it's overpriced. It's a good mic, but at a terrible price point when you can get something better and have a nice professional analog setup for cheaper.

Why would I be jelly when I bought one two years ago and still have it?

I have a blue snowball, works perfectly for me. The only mic i'd trade it for is a razer :p
