Man I used to be in the same situation. A girl who threatened to suicide and blame me in a note. It was 2 years ago and I can't remember how I handled it so I'm truly sorry. All I'm can suggest is to walk away quietly. No fight, no last talk, nothing. He can't use anything against you. Best of luck man.

Well you see knowing someone is a hazard to themselves and how they are, anytime something wrong happens they try to commit suicide but because I'm his best friend he turns to me or uses the "guilt trip" remarks ...I usually give in in fear of me being the cause ... I think I'm draining and ...I'm not happy I'm always sad or stressed but I'd do alot of others I care for ...torn between fear and sadness and wanting to protect

There is no situation where everyone wins, I am sorry, you must tell the police, your parents, your friends or someone in your life other than you, you will blame yourself for a very long time if he does hurt himself as well.
You will find that you must choose between yourself or others in life and accept their consequences...

I can't help you much with your app, however, if you feel that your friend is a legitimate threat to himself, you should call a suicide hotline and report it, or report it to another authority, such as possibly a teacher. It may feel like you are ratting him out, but you will get your friend the help he needs. Again, this is if you feel he is truly a threat to himself. But that's up to your judgement.
