Okay so a little bit of background here. My best friend, lets call her Sasha, is really into my friend, lets call him Jack. When I say Sasha is really into him, like she thinks she is in love but her parents won't let her date him. So they agreed to wait til she is 18 and moves out. (Jack is currently 20, she is 16). So last night Jack's family was hosting a Halloween costume party. Hay rides, candy, food, music, the works. Not like a small party either. There were a good 150-200 people there. I should mention Sasha is not at this party because her parents wouldn't let her go. So we are enjoying the night and there is a girl there dressed as Elsa. So im gonna call her Elsa. This is one of those girls you'd expect to be in the meme of "Hey boys. Im totally flirting with you, but now you need to guess if I'm legal or not!" To put it simply, she is the definition of jailbait. None of us know how old she is, but shes hot as fuck and shes really flirting with Jack. Later on when the party dies down we find out that she is also staying the night and around 3am, she and a friend come into the bedroom we are staying in (big bedroom. Also has a tv). Shes flirting a bit with everyone but eventually moves up onto the bed with Jack. Now although I have my problems with Jack, I must admit, he is fairly smooth with girls. He got her, mind you he just met her, to cuddle up with him while we are all watching netflix. A couple hours pass by and the guy she came in with left to go sleep, my buddy is out like a light, and I'm laying on the floor next to the bed, so Jack and Elsa can't see me. I hear them kissing and whispering. Its cool. I don't mind, hell I wouldnt mind him banging her. Id be a bit jealous because shes fucking hot, but that is beside the point. Anyways apparently they think im asleep. I hear clothes coming off, and the next time I look up, she is on top of him, wearing only her underwear, no bra. He is nearly naked. Idk if he had underwear on or not. Didnt care to poke my head up and look.

Fucking 15. I'm 18 and when I found out she wasn't legal I kinda backed off. Fuck that noise. She is hot but not worth it. But he didn't care. What ever. So here is where it gets really good.

I'm best friends with Sasha and this same night she kissed an ex-bf she still has feelings for and is feeling guilty. Her and Jack may not be dating but she still feels guilty. She asked me if he hooked up with anyone. At the time she texted me, he hadn't done anything yet. But this morning i texted her to talk to me when shes awake. She calls me and asks if he did anything. I ask her "Do you wanna hear this from me or from him. Its your call." She told me she wanted to hear it from me because I'm her best friend. So I tell her everything. The making out, the details, the fact that shes 15. And she starts flipping her shit but then asks me "Do I even have a right to be mad?" I told her no. You two arent dating. Technically you have no right. This is the risk when you are basically dating without the label. You are bound to get hurt. So shes hurt and pissed off because shes feeling guilty about kissing a guy, and he doesnt feel guilty nearly banging an underage girl. Best part of it all? Here I am, stuck in the middle xD

So apart from me being sleep deprived (haven't slept in over 24hours) and ranting to ya'll. Do you think she has the right to be mad/hurt? If Jack and Elsa didn't have sex, does that make the age of consent thing irrelevant? What is your opinion? If more develops in the story I'll update this post. Enjoy the drama!!

Well, that's certainly the lamest drama ever. No matter if Jack and Elsa fucked or not, Sasha has nothing to do with it. She is not officially dating or owns him. And Sasha clearly looks like she has bad choice of boys.

Now onto you, you're not a good friend. What kind of friend stays quiet instead of stopping their friend from having sex with 15 YEARS OLD GIRL? W.T.F? You're a horrible friend. I had experiences of almost hooking up with unknown underage girls and my boys luckily pulled me over. They saved me from prison times.

I think you severely underestimate how dull my life is xD This is the most drama i've been involved in in years. I agree that Sasha isn't dating him or owns him. However apparently they had some kind of agreement where they could flirt with other people but not sleep with them. It hurts my head. Either you are dating or not. There is no middle ground unless you are in an open relationship, and lets not get into those right now xD.

As to your second point. To Jack? No I'm not a good friend xD. He is a self-centered asshole who cares way to much about himself and doesn't give a damn about other people's feelings. However he is chill and part of my group of friends so occasionally I hang out with him. Also I didn't pull him out because I know him, he wouldn't listen xD. We'd walk out of the room, he'd throw me down, tell me to stay outside, and go back in. Lol. So I figured I'd just enjoy the show. Also need to mention they didn't have sex. Just pretty much anything but. Still illegal. Still not my problem.

Hate too say it bud, but sounds like you're stuck in the friendzone with Sasha. I know. Been there, done that. My honest opinion is I think you don't like Jake because you want Sasha. But anyways. Get out while you can. If you know you don't have a chance with her....then cut her out of your life. If you can't do that, then significantly reduce her. I know how it is, had the same thing. But it can be done, and I moved on happily with my current girlfriend.

I am stuck in the friendzone. I like how you were able to determine that from one story not really involving her xD. Normally I would cut her out after getting friendzoned but, as much as I like this girl, we are best friends. Even though I like her and she knows it, we still kind of depend on each other emotionally. Think love without the romance, like family. It is going to take a hell of a lot longer to get over her the way I hang out with her, but it'll happen. I've been in this position before except the last time the girl did feel the same and we dated for a bit, then broke it off deciding to be friends. Now its like we never even dated. So it may take a long time, but eventually it will be like I never even liked Sasha. Unless of course she at some point develops feelings for me and we end up dating at some point. But that is another story altogether.
