(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, I've wanted to buy an Xbox One but also an PS4 for different reasons. I need help choosing one and please correct me if i'm incorrect about my statements:

XBOX ONE:
- One of my closest friends which I may never be able to see again in real life because he moved schools is on this console
- Ability to change gamer tag
- Already having 18600 + gamerscore and games on a account from the 360 and with 1 year tenure
- Halo, Sunset Overdrive, Backwards Compatibiity
- A community i'm more used to and comfortable with

PS4:
-More and more of my normal friends and people are getting this console and I want to be able to always play with them and brag to more people about my call of duty stats hehe
-Cant change gamertag but i think playstation plus is more cheaper ?
-Better controller and entertainment features
-Call of duty/esports new support console for dlc, events etc.

If you have any opinions, I'm more than happy to hear them ! Thanks

Have you asked your friend to get a ps4?
what are you going to play the most cod or halo? it all depends whatt you are going to play most
as you can tell everyone is coming to ps4 because it is simple better quality wise game wise , and ui

get your friend to get a ps4 problem solved then you can switch back and forth but if ur just gonna go on cod then ps4 is the way to go Smile

I haven't told him anything about me thinking about getting a PS4 yet because I know it would kinda hurt him because i'm one of his only friends and he gets bullied at his new school so I don't wanna make him feel alone. Although he is an Xbox fan and hates playstation for some reason and I can't imagine him ever saying that he wants a ps4 :/
Thanks for the contribution Smile

I wouldn't get an xbox one but if your friend is on it.. that still wouldn't make me buy an xbox.

PS4 is the right route here.

It's like they tried making the Xbox One bad. PS4 is just an overall better console and if your friend likes Xbox One then thats his problem True story It's about what you're going to play.

Sony could release an inferior product, and I'd still buy. It's not about how great the development of said PS4 is, it's more in part, due to what a person was raised on. I've played PlayStation since the 90's, henceforth, I grew up on PlayStation. Don't let peer pressure force you to pick one over the other. Choose what you're more comfortable and used to playing.

My firsts and normals thoughts are go where your friends are going. So that's a thing you will have to choose, as you have important people on both.

In terms of console features that you have listed. Controller is personal preference, PS+ is very slightly cheaper however the Games for Gold on XB is really good (I've had Black Flag and The Walking Dead Seasons free the last couple game months). As for game exclusives, I personally feel XB has that department down, as for COD, to my knowledge they have that contract signed for 1 year. And seeing as XB has sold more copies of BO3 I would think that's likely to change once again. And as for a bit of info, XB is getting a new dash in a couple weeks (Windows 10 I guess) that's crazy fast.

Entertainment features wise I can't comment on PS4 as I don't own one which is why my core info is about XB. There is game streaming to PC and phone, setting up TV guides and such or whatever via the extra HDMI in port. Game capture, the built in Windows 10 app and remote control of the console.

Regardless of this information, I would suggest to you that you simply go with the people you want to play with.
