For me, as i have a 'office' job. I tend to just watch stuff in the background, on browse the interwebs. (Not allowed to do it, but who will see aye?) if not. i pick up a piece of blank paper and walk toward the door, so my colleges think ive got important documents to take to the ground floor. Then i just go to the shop for a coffee... We all have our sneaky ways of doing stuff. Let me know yours!
