The scene at first glance seems to depict Glenn dying, but yet there are several aspects arguing that he is not dead, such as him not being on the couch on Talking Dead.

So discuss, what do you think? Is he dead, and why? Or no.

Personally, just the fact that he wasn't on Talking Dead leads me to believe that it was the asshole being eaten on top of him, and not Glenn himself.
