Well guys, he got me.

Monday 26th October I was in my car with my friend driving into town to pick up our other friend from work as we we're all going to the gym, it was going to be my first time so I was really looking forward to it. Driving down the street I noticed a fella who is cousins with the lad that wanted to beat me up, the same guy who tore my shirt 2 weeks previous, we drove past him and he noticed I was there. I pull in at my friends workplace and, looking through my wing mirrors I notice the guy turn around and walk back to where he had been.. I was wondering what he was doing. I sit there with my friend in the car texting out other friend to hurry himself up. Next thing I know I look right and her ex is there. He opens my door, punches me on the side of the face, pulls me out of my car and starts beating me up. he even bit me in the head. I tried to defend myself but i was dazed and off balance from the first hit. the fight lasts about 3 minutes after which I am pretty busted up. I stand up and wiped the blood from my lip and her ex says "NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" I said "Understand what?" and he said "And no police this time" as he was walking away.

I went to the bathroom in my friends work to clean myself up and wipe the blood away. I call the police who came down and I was talking to them. I followed in my car out to the station to give my statement and had to go to hospital then due to the damage to my face/back and neck. The bite to the head was unknown to me at the time. I arrived up at the hospital at 10PM and was there until 4AM as my blood pressure and heart rate was too high to let me out any earlier.

The police gathered the CCTV and had her ex in for an interview and i've been told that he will be prosecuted and that the interview went in my favor.

At least he's being prosecuted. What gets me are the assholes like him, who talk about fighting and all this shit. But don't have a modicum of respect. They like getting people when they least suspect it to make sure they don't get their asses kicked. Best of luck bro, and I hope you have a speedy recovery. I'm just confused about why he'd bite you? Unless he's got Hepatitis or something else that is communicable by biting.

Why did it take 6 months for him to get you? Were you under police protection? Was he away? Etc.

I carry a gun for this type of situation or any other. Fuck that shit. Glad it turned out in your favor though.

Hope things are okay for you having quite a bit of trouble at the moment.

I just didnt put myself in a vulnerable situation for the past 6 months knowing what he was capable off. I stuck to staying inside or just going to a friends house to completely avoid the city and just on that day I thought it was safe enough to pull over for 5 minutes to wait for my friend to finish his shift but obviously I was wrong.

To answer why he bit me.. he said "He went into the defensive position so i bit him"... so he's just one giant tramp.
