Wu-Tang/36 Chambers, GZA's Liquid Swords, Souls Of Mischief 93 Til Infinity, Common's Resurrection, Notoroius BIG's Ready To Die, Big L's Lifestyles of Da Poor And Dangerou, Dr Dre, Ice Cube, Run DMC, LL Cool J, Snoop Doggy Dog, The Lady of Rage; and I can name so many more.

Mostly early nineties Hip Hop is what I love to listen to. Mainstream contemporary hip hop has gone done the drain, with the exception of a few artists that have survived the times and still present lyrical content in their works.
Old school was all about the lyrics and beat now its the stupid voice box(tpain) and catchy dances..

Joe Budden, Slaughterhouse, Bad meets evil, Big L, run dmc, wu-tang clan, Nas's Illmatic album, nwa, dr dre, 50 cent, ice cube, eazy e, slick rick, biggie, tupac, aerosmith, guns n roses, the jackson 5, styx, ac/dc, elvis, buddy rich, frank sinatra, beethoven, hans zimmer, d12, kendrick lamar, rakim, black sabbath, blue swede, redbone, queen, raspberries, the rolling stones, santana and manyy moree. I agree hip hop went down the drain but a few artists like joe budden and eminem and kendrick lamar are the best there is in my opinion. Maybe even 50 cent lol. I basically like good hip hop, classic rock, classical music, movie scores, some jazz, even some trance/electronica/euro beat music that i didnt list. I kinda like everything. If its got a good beat, i'll hear it
