I walk to school put on my beats and listen to some modern rap. I have to admit i am very literate but i purposely choose to have a "YO" slang talk.. It fits my style but at the end of the day. I go to my class and i go to computer science class and learn code and read math books for fun.

I always get made fun of for being some OG MATH HOMIE who knows his shit but i feel like im spreading a positive light on the side of school that not every OG RAP listener is a trouble maker/dumb... because IM ALWAYS getting caught in the halls and going to the principle's office for "SKIPPING" when really im just going to my locker..

Anyone else go through this? being accused for something your not doing? Based on your appearance and style ?

I've never really had this issue. If I was prowling the halls I was skipping, or in the process of getting into my vehicle and leaving school grounds. If you get sent up for skipping, just tell them straight up. That you were just going to your locker. Also, does your school have hall passes? Mine did, so if I was making a head call (bathroom), or otherwise I'd get one just so the SRO wouldn't be a dick about it.

Why do you purposely speak with slang if you are literate.. you are being fake. You don't have to be illiterate to listen to some rap or hip hop, if you are literate yet you speak like a dumbass its no surprise people are fucking with you.

Bullying is fucked up, however if you are not being yourself I don't want to say you deserve it but you kind of need to use it as a wake up call. Stop posing as someone you are not and be who you are.
