So I recently recieved the letter from the PPS which stands for something... i'm pretty sure one of the P's stands for prosecution... anyway I got a letter from them a few weeks
back saying that they received a file from the police and that the person which attacked me will be prosecuted if they find the evidence compelling to do so and that it'll take a few
weeks before they can review all the evidence and come to a decision, at which time they will inform me of said decision.


Yesterday morning in the post I got another letter from the PPS stating that their decision is : "Prosecution" for "unlawfully assaulting *my name* in south Armagh on October 26th 2015"


So he'll be notified and taken to court where he will receive a crimanal record. I don't think he'll do any jail time, perhaps just a suspended sentence but I don't care.
A criminal record is enough because he'll no longer be able to ever work with children, go to America, go to Australia and the chances of him getting into a University
and/or a job is extremely slim.


This is all well and good and my compensation case is also going through. I'm not sure exactly how much money i'm going to get but i'll be a couple grand at the very least.


I hope he feels like a big man now. Sure he snuck up behind my car and attacked me and fed his bullshit "hard lad" reputation, but at the end of the day He gets a criminal record,
I get a claim....


and I still fucked his bitch.
I win.

These last four lines made me laugh so hard. Especially, fucking his bitch and winning. Almost sounds like Charlie Sheen lol. Glad he's getting prosecuted. He's definitely going to regret being a douchebag about everything when he turns 40. It's still fucked up how he had to creep up on you to make himself feel like a man.

I completely agree. He may think he's the big man now but all for what? a teenage reputation?
He's ruined his life. And that makes me happy.
