I've learned that anonymous exposed 20,000 (I'm not sure about the numbers) child porn pedo which is more than FBI could find. So yeah I like em. They acknowledge the humans right across the global.

Anonymous is not simply a group of hackers. It is a movement. Yes there are hackers who are the main ones behind Anonymous's flag (or should I say mask). However if you knew anything about the group, there is no centralized command, and no defined members. You can be an "anonymous member" simply by supporting their ideas, and maybe participating in a few DDoS attacks. Think of it like 4chan. If someone posts an idea in their IRC chat rooms, and it keeps getting talked about, something will eventually be done. It is kind of like democracy in a sense.

Anonymous is a collective of people of varying skills, all working towards a loosely defined set of goals. Not to mention, the question itself is tough to answer as it is hard to define "the best hacker" in the world.

Well considering anonymous being a legion of anonymous people... then those who show themselves out to the public that they hacked something are considered the best hacker of all time... In my opinion the people who hacked scientology are the best from what i know... fun times

I'm not undermining ISIS, but they are most definitely not the best hackers in the world. When you look for the best hackers, I would point towards government/military hackers. The only thing is, you never hear about them because they don't deal with regular things that Anonymous does, primarily because they don't have the time. They are in much deeper shit, the stuff that can't be talked about and technically doesn't exist. There is cyber warfare constantly between countries like China and the US like stealing top secret info and stuff like that. You won't hear about it though because you aren't supposed to.
