Really interesting read. Only thing that doesn't make sense is his idea for an exclusive-AI workforce. How would humans be able to survive, if they don't have money to buy their basics needs, such as food and water? Money comes from having a career. I'd definitely support an AI combatant unit, as it would decrease human lives lost, especially in vain, and would be able to do extreme tasks that humans would not be able to do.
And thus the birth of Judgement Day. When the machines become self aware and take over. I say this because the AI used to operate the vehicle learns how to drive via the driver.
