Does running and jumping make you jump higher than a standing point?. So a few people say that you don't but I think they're stupid. You have more momentum on when you jump whilst running. You can convert the speed into your jump. So I want to hear what you guys think? Vote on the poll and leave what you reckon in the comments.

So youre saying you can jump on top of a box from a running start that is over two thirds your height, like the video of JJ Watt doing, in the previous comment?
