Superset:

Chinups (many as you can with good form for 30 seconds)
Hammer curls (12reps)
Supinated curls (12reps)

2 rounds

The weight shouldnt be too heavy for example 10 or 12 reps is the max you can do. Make it moderate weight


What was your original routine? Fullbody workouts? Pull push splits? A body part a day? It really all depends on what you do if you want people to help you here. I gave you a routine thats good for full body routines

I defeated!
Train your triceps too otherwise your arms will look small. For triceps you can do dips off a chair. Overhead dumbell tricep press, tricep kickbacks very effective. And skull crushers but with dumbells. For bicep hammer curls are best for them or peaks to blow. To increase intensity and have a good pump shorten your rest breaks to 30 secs
