In case you have not seen it. "The U" is one of the 30 in 30 documentaries playing on ESPN over the last month or so. I haven't seen any of the other ones, but my brother told me about "The U". Saying, that if I ever get the chance, make sure I see this doc, and I see where he was coming from.

It doesn't go as modern as Warren Sapp, McGahee, etc, but it goes in depth into Miami's dominance in the 80's and early early 90's. It was realllllllllly cool, and just wanted to let anyone know who may not have seen it. I think its an hour and a half or two hours long, but I was really captivated last night watching it.

A ESPN show all about me? About time. All kidding aside, I agree it was a good watch, I watched most of these 30 for 30 things and this was by far the best in my opinion. If you are interested in sports and sports history it is absolutely worth the watch.
